Begin by checking whether the output has been correctly assigned in the UR relay logic and whether all conditions required to activate the output have been satisfied. Then verify the relay’s output status, external wiring, control power and connected equipment. Because the UR 6TH Form-A outputs are non-monitored, an external measurement may be required to confirm the actual contact state. If the logic and external circuit are correct but the contact does not operate, the module should be inspected for a possible hardware or connection fault.
