The Bently Nevada 3500/50M Tachometer Module (286566-02) is a dual-channel monitoring module designed to measure shaft rotational speed, zero speed, reverse rotation, and acceleration in industrial rotating machinery. It is part of the Bently Nevada 3500 Series Machinery Protection System, a rack-based platform widely used in turbines, compressors, and high-speed motors.
The module accepts input signals from proximity probes or magnetic pickups and provides conditioned Keyphasor® outputs for synchronization with other vibration and monitoring modules. It offers continuous measurement, configurable alarm thresholds, and advanced functions for detecting transient speed changes.
