The Bently Nevada 3500/61 (163179-01 + 133819-01) is a six-channel temperature monitoring module used in the Bently Nevada 3500 Series Machinery Protection System.
This configuration includes the 163179-01 monitor and the 133819-01 I/O module, forming a complete assembly designed for non-isolated inputs.
It continuously measures temperature from RTDs (Resistance Temperature Detectors) and Thermocouples (TCs) and provides accurate, real-time monitoring of critical rotating machinery components. The module compares each channel’s temperature reading with configured Alert and Danger setpoints to identify abnormal operating conditions before they lead to equipment damage.
Each channel also provides a 4–20 mA proportional output, allowing connection to external control or display systems.
