The Bently Nevada 3500/92 (136180-01 + 136188-02) is an enhanced Communications Gateway Module designed for the 3500 Machinery Protection System.
This module provides a critical interface between the 3500 rack and external control or monitoring systems, transmitting machine health, vibration, and process data in real time.
This configuration includes the I/O Module (136180-01) and the Monitor Module (136188-02) — the latter being an updated revision of the 136188-01 model, offering improved data handling, extended Modbus register support, and optimized Ethernet performance.
It supports both Modbus RTU (RS-232/RS-485) and Modbus TCP/IP (Ethernet) communication protocols, allowing flexible integration with DCS, PLC, SCADA, and System 1 Condition Monitoring platforms.
