On the fifth anniversary of China’s “dual carbon” goals, Yu Feng, President of Honeywell China, shared insights in an interview with China Business Journal on the country’s decarbonization progress and opportunities for multinational companies.
Yu Feng noted that over the past five years, China has become one of the fastest countries in the world in reducing energy intensity, demonstrating strong momentum in its green transformation. As a multinational company with nearly 90 years of presence in China, Honeywell believes that the country’s large market scale, strong innovation capability, and supportive policy environment provide significant opportunities for foreign enterprises.
He emphasized that Honeywell will continue to strengthen localized innovation and invest in sustainable technologies in China, supporting high-quality economic development while contributing to the country’s green transition. The company aims to work alongside local partners to build a more sustainable industrial future and accelerate the realization of low-carbon development goals.
