The Bently Nevada 3500/42M (128240-01) is a four-channel Proximitor / Seismic Monitor used in the Bently Nevada 3500 Machinery Protection System.
It is designed to continuously measure and monitor vibration and position parameters in rotating machinery such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors.
Each module includes four independent channels, grouped into two pairs, and can be configured for various measurement functions — including radial vibration, thrust position, shaft absolute, eccentricity, and acceleration. The module continuously compares these measurements against preset alarm limits to provide both protection and condition monitoring functions.
The 3500/42M combines high reliability, flexible configuration, and compatibility with a wide range of transducers, making it ideal for use in critical industrial applications where machine uptime and protection are essential.
