Product Overview
The Bently Nevada 3500/42M Proximitor / Seismic Monitor is a four-channel machinery protection and condition monitoring module designed for the 3500 Series system. It measures and analyzes vibration and position signals from rotating machinery using proximity probes, velocity sensors, or accelerometers.
Each pair of channels can be configured independently to monitor parameters such as radial vibration, axial position, thrust position, shaft absolute vibration, or acceleration. The 3500/42M continuously processes these signals, compares them against user-defined alert and danger setpoints, and provides both protection and diagnostic information for critical assets such as turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors.
Engineered for continuous online monitoring, the module provides precise measurement, high reliability, and full integration with the 3500 rack system, ensuring early fault detection and machinery protection in demanding industrial environments.
