The Bently Nevada 3500/94M 145988-01 Keyphasor Module is part of the 3500 Machinery Protection and Condition Monitoring System.
It is designed to receive, condition, and process Keyphasor signals from rotating machinery, providing the system with a precise phase reference and speed measurement signal.
A Keyphasor signal is a once-per-turn (or multi-per-turn) pulse generated by a proximity probe, magnetic pickup, or optical sensor mounted near the machine shaft.
This signal is used by other 3500 monitor modules (such as the 3500/42M, 3500/50, and 3500/60) to measure vibration phase, rotational speed, and shaft position.
The 3500/94M module features two independent channels, each capable of accepting and conditioning separate Keyphasor inputs for multi-shaft or redundant systems.
