Deere & Company Chief Financial Officer Joshua Jepsen will step down from his role and join Honeywell’s aerospace division as its new CFO, marking the end of his more than 20-year career at the agricultural equipment manufacturer. The transition was announced in a regulatory filing, which also stated that Ryan Campbell has been appointed interim CFO at Deere until a permanent successor is selected.
Honeywell confirmed that Jepsen will assume the role of CFO for its aerospace business effective February 23. The division is currently facing rising cost pressures and tariff-related challenges as it prepares for a planned separation later this year, after which it is expected to operate as an independent publicly listed company.
The leadership change comes at a critical time for Honeywell’s aerospace segment, which is undergoing structural transformation while managing supply chain and macroeconomic headwinds. Jepsen’s appointment is expected to support financial oversight during the division’s transition toward standalone operations.
