On November 13, 2025, the “25th China Electrical Industry Top 100 Research” was officially announced at the 21st China Electrical Industry Development Forum. ABB Electrical division and its subsidiaries achieved multiple honors, reinforcing its leadership in China’s power and electrical sector.

Several ABB companies, including Xiamen ABB Low Voltage Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., Xiamen ABB Switchgear Co., Ltd., and ABB Xinhui Low Voltage Switchgear Co., Ltd., have been listed in the “China Electrical Industry Top 100” for 21 consecutive years since 2005.

In addition, Beijing ABB Low Voltage Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. ranked among the Top 10 Leading Enterprises, while Beijing ABB Switchgear Co., Ltd. was selected as one of the Top 10 Innovation Enterprises. ABB FlexLite Power Digital Distribution Manager and ABB EcoSolutions™ were also recognized among the Top 10 Digital Innovation and Green Low-Carbon Solutions, highlighting ABB’s continued technological leadership.

This year’s forum, themed “Digital Empowerment For A Green Power Future,” focused on how digitalization and intelligent transformation are reshaping the electrical industry, accelerating high-quality and sustainable development.

ABB subsidiaries in China continue to invest heavily in innovation and smart manufacturing, building end-to-end capabilities across R&D, production, and services. These facilities play a key role in supporting global energy transition and delivering localized solutions.

Established in 1994, this facility is a key global manufacturing base for low-voltage switchgear and circuit breakers. It operates as a smart factory integrating ERP systems and end-to-end digital management. The plant serves nearly 70 countries and has been recognized as a National Green Factory and Green Supply Chain enterprise.

Founded in 1992, it is ABB’s first manufacturing enterprise in China, specializing in medium-voltage switchgear up to 52kV. The company has built a “zero-carbon demonstration factory” and has received multiple national-level honors, including smart manufacturing and green factory certifications.

Established in 1995, this joint venture focuses on low-voltage protection and control products. It serves more than 70 countries and continues to advance intelligent manufacturing and green supply chain development, supporting global decarbonization efforts.

This facility is a global R&D and manufacturing base for smart building electrical products, including terminal distribution systems and KNX-based solutions. It has received multiple national certifications in green manufacturing, carbon neutrality, and intelligent factory development.

The company specializes in medium-voltage ring main units and compact switchgear (3.6kV–40.5kV), widely used in power grids, data centers, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. It continues to advance green and digital solutions through automation and AI-driven manufacturing upgrades.

The ABB FlexLite Power Digital Distribution Manager, a locally deployed intelligent power system, was recognized as a Top 10 Digital Innovation Solution. It integrates AI analytics and digital twin technology to enable full lifecycle energy and asset management, improving efficiency and supporting carbon reduction goals.

Meanwhile, ABB EcoSolutions™ was selected as a Top 10 Green Low-Carbon Solution. The program uses lifecycle assessment and transparent environmental data to guide sustainable product design and manufacturing, reinforcing ABB’s commitment to circular economy principles.
